Wet cat food, freeze dried, dehydrated, and air dried is higher in meat content and easier to digest compared to dry food so it would be our next best choice for you and still has a ton of health benefits compared to dry because of the moisture content and meat content. Dry cat food can be great for the owner that doesn’t have the budget for wet or raw. If choosing dry food, we recommend that you choose one with the highest meat content you can afford and you either soak the dry food or add water to it to make it easier to digest.
